Ricky Rubio is my favorite Timberwolves player, for sure! Those smokey Spanish eyes and sultry smile kill me every time I see him hit the court. Ricky Rubio from the Timberwolves is my boy and I can't wait to get to another Timberwolves game to see him in action.

After some fantastic games across the country in Utah, California, Oregon, and Chicago, the Timberwolves are back in Minneapolis, Minnesota for a game against the New Orleans Pelicans. We can't wait to see our Minnesota Timberwolves back in action at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. The game is on this Wed, Jan 29 2014 at 7:00 PM. The Timberwolves need your fan support and you should get to the game to show it off!

Nikola Pekovic and the Timberwolves

I recently stumbled upon a very interesting article from Business Insider called Eight NBA Players You've Never Even Heard of are Having Stellar Seasons. Of course I had to check it out and see if any of my beloved Timberwolves made the cut. Of course they did!

The article reads: "Nikola Pekovic is quickly becoming a fan favorite in Minnesota. The Timberwolves center's solid interior play (12 points, 7 rebounds per game) allows Kevin Love to move outside the paint where he's more comfortable. Likewise, having Pekovic down low means Love isn't over matched on defense."

Up Next for the Minnesota Timberwolves

What's up next on the Timberwolves agenda? We have the Minnesota Timberwolves playing the Phoenix Suns at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN on Wednesday, January 8th 2014 at 7 PM.

Of course we want the Timberwolves to pull ahead, but there will be two more chances for the Timberwolves Suns rivalry. Timberwolves will play the Suns at the US Airways Center on Tuesday, February 25th at 8 PM. The Suns will be back in Minneapolis on Sunday, March 23rd at 2:30.

The rivalry is real, get to a game and go Wolves, go!

Timberwolves fans, we are wishing you the Happiest New Year! Be safe with you friends and family, however you end up spending your New Years Eve. Last year was a new year and a new hope for the Timberwolves, but we don't really need that this year as much! The Timberwolves are 13-15 and fans are loving every second of these close scores. Timberwolves are 4th in the Northwest Division.
