Minnesota Timberwolves Lottery Update

NBA LotteryThe Minnesota Timberwolves are closing in on the end of the season. Unfortunately, the Minnesota Timberwolves will miss the playoffs. With that being said, the Minnesota Timberwolves will have a lottery selection for the 2011 NBA Draft. Being a lifelong Timberwolves fan, we are aware of the ridicolous "bad luck" we have endured in the NBA Draft. Here is the NBA Lottery Update in terms of odds of securing the #1 pick:

Cleveland Cavaliers 15-58

Minnesota Timberwolves 17-57

Washington Wizards 18-55

Toronto Raptors 20-53

Sacramento Kings 21-52

New Jersey Nets 23-50

Detroit Pistons 26-47

Will the Minnesota Timberwolves finally, just maybe, get some luck this year and snag the #1 or #2 spot? It would be nice. Also, keep in mind that Washington and Cleveland play eachother twice down the home stretch before the season concludes.

Kevin LoveKevin Love continues to stack up the double-doubles. He now has 50 straight double-doubles, 1 shy of the record Moses Malone accumulated in the 1978-1979 season. Not to mention that Klove has several 20/20 games, including a 20/20 performance on Saturday against the Washington Wizards. He has been as reliable as they come. Overall, Kevin Love has 59 double-doubles in a possible 74 games. Kevin Love is truly a machine. Come watch him against the Dallas Mavericks and see if he can tie Moses Malone's mark of 51 straight double-doubles!

The 76ers game was close and the Wolves even led with less than 2 to go, but like most of the season, the Timberwolves are unable to close the deal. Come on Wolves, get it together and win a few games for your fans! (before you don’t have any left)
