Timberwolves lose to Pacers at home

The Minnesota Timberwolves opened up their first home preseason game against the Indian Pacers last night. The Wolves lost the match-up 106-95 to an Indiana Pacers team playing without many of its best players. The Wolves beat the Pacers on the road last Thursday, but the Timberwolf team looked a little weak on defense last night.

Perhaps it was the half empty Target Center that got them down. The lack of fan support can make a difference in how a team performs. The Timberwolves front office did their part - they even ran a free ticket promotion for the preseason game, but I think Timberwolves basketball fans are waiting in the wings to see if the team is going to be able to do anything this year or not.

Next game: Friday October 26th vs. the Milwaukee Bucks at the Target Center. There are still great seats left at below face value! Buy Timberwolves Tickets today.

9 days and counting until opening night when the wins and losses will really count.
