Minnesota Timberwolves Rookie Jonny Flynn plays rough game in front of "hometown" crowd

Anyone who has been following the Minnesota Timberwolves this season knows that the star-story of the Minnesota Timberwolves Roster has been Jonny Flynn the rookie from Niagara Falls, New York. Flynn has seen his ups and downs this season but as a whole has played well and has helped Kevin Love carry the team.

Last night, however, the Timberwolves and Jonny Flynn took on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. It had been a lifetime dream of Flynn's to come back New York to play in The Garden professionally. My guess is last night was not what he had in mind. In just under 25 minutes of game time, Flynn managed to turn the ball over as many times as he put it in the hoop (6 turnovers and 6 points if you were wondering).

The Minnesota Timberwolves will take on the Knicks at home on Sunday, hopefully in front of his "new hometown" Jonny Flynn will have a better game. There are lots of Minnesota Timberwolves Tickets available for the Knicks Timberwolves game... Go cheer Jonny Flynn and the rest of the Timberwolves Roster on, they could use the support!
