The Minnesota Timberwolves Have A Rough Road Trip

Minnesota Timberwolves fighting to hold on against the the Memphis Grizzlies Last week the Minnesota Timberwolves spent a rough week on the road. With 3 games in 3 cities in 5 days, the Minnesota Timberwolves roster was ragged and tired. Kurt Rambis, Minnesota Timberwolves Head Coach seemed to having nothing but growing frustration for his team...
On Monday (Jan 11th) the Minnesota Timberwolves took on the Denver Nuggets. Clearly the thin air in the mile-high city got to the Twolves roster because none of them played like they wanted to be there. With a final score of 105-94 Nuggets, the Minnesota Timberwolves accepted defeat and moved on

Wednesday (Jan 13th) the Timberwolves and rookie Jonny Flynn traveled to Houston to play the Rockets. The Timberwolves Rockets game had only a six point spread with a Rockets 120-114 victory.

Friday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies was probably the worst of the road-trip. A defeated, sluggish and basically non-present Timberwolves went to Memphis to let the Grizzlies trample them 135-110, though the score was honestly closer than the game really ever looked. The Grizzlies Timberwolves game made it seem like the Timberwolves roster never really got off of the plane...

With a home series next week, Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Kurt Rambis is hopeful that at week at home will do his players right.

Are you ready to give up on the Timberwolves yet? I can't believe how bad they are. We need a STAR! Like LeBron James next year.
