Remember that Ricky Rubio guy? Been awhile on an update for the Spainard so thought today seemed like a good time to mention him. Had a little trouble uploading it on here, so check out YouTube for the footage. The highlights are from Spain playing against Canada on August 1st for an exhibition tune up before the World Championships in Turkey. Although yes, it is Canada, it still displays Ricky Rubio's enormous potential and skill that the Minnesota Timberwolves could use. He showed great court vision and ability to control the tempo of the game. He looks noticeably more mature and older than when he was drafted a year ago. Check out the World Championships later this month to see how Ricky performs against some of the world's best.
