Kevin Love and the Minnesota Timberwolves

One of my favorite Timberwolves players in Kevin Love. He always knows what to do with the ball on the court and is a great teammate. He plays forward and center for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

And he isn't too bad to look at either! Come on out to a Timberwolves game next season to support Kevin Love and the rest of the Timberwolves team! 

Timberwolves Coach Rick Adelman Retires

Big news - Timberwolves fans!

Coach Rick Adelman, who is 67 year old, has announced his retirement from the Minnesota Timberwolves. He has coached 23 seasons and is one of only eight coaches to record more than 1,000 career victories. That's awesome, Timberwolves! You've had a great time with Coach Adelman.

We saw Rick Adelman became a head coach in 1989, being promoted from assistant of the Portland Trail Blazers. He coached the Blazers, Warriors, Kings, Rockets and Timberwolves. He made two Finals appearances and reached the playoffs 16 times!

The Timberwolves are sad to see him go, but it was a great run! Thanks for everything you've done for the Timberwolves, Coach Adelman! We know a great retirement is in store for you.

NBA All-Star Game Recap with Kevin Love

Kevin Love played on the NBA All-Star game for the Western conference. The rosters on each team were filled with players ages 25 and younger. This was including first-time starters Paul George, Kyrie Irving, Stephen Curry and Kevin Love. K Love, our favorite!

Kevin Love and the Western conference fell to the Eastern conference with a final score of 163-155. Kevin Love had a great game with 13 points for his team.

Great job representing the Timberwolves, Kevin Love!

Timberwolves and Playoff Hopes

The Timberwolves have high hopes to reach the playoffs, and with good reason.

Kevin Martin Broke Left Thumb

Bad news for Timberwolves fans everywhere - The Minnesota Timberwolves starting shooting guard, Kevin Martin, will be sidelined because he broke his left thumb.

Martin was hurt Friday night in the closing minutes of the Timberwolves' 98-91 loss in New Orleans. X-rays taken Saturday morning revealed the fracture.


This is especially disappointing for the Timberwolves because they already are without their starting center Nikola Pekovic who is sidelined by bursitis in his right ankle.

Come on Timberwolves, buck up! Play your game at the end of your season!

Forwards Kevin Love and Dirk Nowitzki Face Off in Minnesota

Last night was the best NBA matchup of the year as Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks traveled to Minnesota to play Kevin Love and the Timberwolves.

Did you make it to the game? Kevin Love was on fire as he provided 36 points and 11 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to keep the Mavericks back. The Mavericks escaped with a narrow 100-98 victory and the Timberwolves fans were left disappointed with the game outcome.
