I personally was a fan of his. He is in my opinion a NBA Superstar due to his unique skill set. Below is the video T-Wolves fans. Appreciate it, and what ever you do, don't take for granted how well Kevin Love played for the Wolves.

Kevin Love Career Highlights
With the soon inevitable trade nearing, I thought it would be a good idea to reminisce about Kevin Love's playing days with the Wolves.

Reports: Timberwolves and Cavaliers Have Handshake Deal
Well then, this report just about made my day. In the report, it is stated that Brian Windhorst of ESPN, went on ESPN radio yesterday and said that the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Minnesota Timberwolves have a handshake agreement regarding the much rumored trade involving Kevin Love and Andrew Wiggins.
The finer details of the trade have yet to move past speculation. With the only thing set in stone appearing to be Andrew Wiggins being the deal’s center piece.
That said, those speculated finer trade details include Philly possibly sending Thaddeus Young to the Timberwolves and the 76ers acquiring last year’s first overall pick Anthony Bennett as well as additional draft picks.
The trade would honestly be a win-win for everybody. The 76ers have the opportunity to take a flyer on a kid with upside and continue on with their rebuilding plan. The Cavs get the best Power Forward in the game. Meanwhile, the Wolves get Wiggins, a potential superstar, and Thad Young, a 26-year-old 7-year NBA veteran small ball four who is a solid starter with the ability to stretch the floor.
Yes, T-Wolves fans, it would be nice to get a pick thrown in as well. But honestly, and Cavs fans, take note -- sometimes it’s best to take what you’re given and not be greedy.

A Letter To the Cleveland Cavaliers
Dear Cleveland Cavaliers,
Hi, congrats on landing the greatest basketball player in
the world today, that doesn’t happen very often for most teams.
Anyway, so hey, now with Kyrie and LeBron,
you guys are one super star away from having your very own Big Three. So I
was thinking, the Timberwolves have their very own disgruntled super star by
the name of Kevin Love. Meanwhile, you guys have this ultra talented kid by the
name of Andrew Wiggins. The first overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, if my
facts are correct.
Do you see where I’m going with this?
It would benefit everybody to swap Kevin Love for Andrew
Wiggins. I don’t know how it would line up contractually, but throw in a vet
guy with a big contract and the only person you would have to give up is
Wiggins. Keep Waiters and Thompson. AND FOR PETE SAKES KEEP ANTHONY BENNET
OFF A BASKETBALL COURT (jk lol you guys, if you want to throw him in you can.
I’d be more than happy enough to take a flyer on him).
Now picks would be a sweet cherry on top, but hey, I’m a nice down on his luck T-Wolves fan looking for any glimmer of hope I can get. And
Andrew Wiggins would provide this franchise with its biggest glimmer of hope
yet (or at least since Ricky Rubio came over).
In conclusion, I think it's a deal you should really think about. Remember it would be benefit everybody.
Sincerely,
timberwolvesbball.blogspot.com
P.S.
Flip, if you somehow wind up reading this (which is highly
unlikely I know), and you trade K-Love to the Cavs without getting Wiggins
back. I swear… I won’t even. This will be my reaction:

Joerger Bomb: T-Wolves Have A Legitimately Good Head Coaching Candidate (Fans Get Drunk With Excitement)
![]() |
Given the recent reports on how Grizzles owner Robert Para has been essentially acting like an irrational toddler on a power trip (trust me, they are THE worst) it makes sense that Joerger would want to leave his current situation. And in even better news, following a radio interview Grizzles General Manager Chris Wallace did yesterday, it sounds like according to reporter Jon Krawcynski that if the Wolves want Joerger, “he’s theirs.”
And me oh my how I would love for Joerger to be the new T-Wolves head coach. My initial top candidate was Iowa State head coach Fred Hoiberg simply because his team’s shot chart is downright BEAUTIFUL. Seriously, for basketball stat heads like myself it’s like a Playboy centerfold. You look it and you’re like, “Is this real?” And, thankfully, unlike the assets on the majority of Playboy centerfolds, IT IS REAL!
![]() |
LOOK AT THIS BEAUTIFUL SHOT CHART. LOOK AT IT, IT'S SOOOO EFFICIENT |
According to Krawcynski, the Wolves are likely to meet with Joerger today, so if any further news develops, check back here for more analysis.

NBA All-Star Game Recap with Kevin Love
Kevin Love played on the NBA All-Star game for the Western conference. The rosters on each team were filled with players ages 25 and younger. This was including first-time starters Paul George, Kyrie Irving, Stephen Curry and Kevin Love. K Love, our favorite!
Kevin Love and the Western conference fell to the Eastern conference with a final score of 163-155. Kevin Love had a great game with 13 points for his team.
Great job representing the Timberwolves, Kevin Love!

Nikola Pekovic and the Timberwolves
I recently stumbled upon a very interesting article from Business Insider called Eight NBA Players You've Never Even Heard of are Having Stellar Seasons. Of course I had to check it out and see if any of my beloved Timberwolves made the cut. Of course they did!
The article reads: "Nikola Pekovic is quickly becoming a fan favorite in Minnesota. The Timberwolves center's solid interior play (12 points, 7 rebounds per game) allows Kevin Love to move outside the paint where he's more comfortable. Likewise, having Pekovic down low means Love isn't over matched on defense."

And look at that lovable face!

Forwards Kevin Love and Dirk Nowitzki Face Off in Minnesota
Last night was the best NBA matchup of the year as Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks traveled to Minnesota to play Kevin Love and the Timberwolves.
Did you make it to the game? Kevin Love was on fire as he provided 36 points and 11 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to keep the Mavericks back. The Mavericks escaped with a narrow 100-98 victory and the Timberwolves fans were left disappointed with the game outcome.

My Favorite Timberwolf Player: Kevin Love
Everyone loves Kevin Love. Not even trying to make a joke there, Twolves fans. Here's the low down on Kevin Love:
Team Number: 42
Birth Date: 09/07/1988
Height: 6'10"
Weight: 260lbs.
Position: Center and Forward

Kevin Love is a forward and center for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Kevin Love was born on September 7, 1988 in Santa Monica, California and grew up in Oregon. During his time on the Lake Oswego High School basketball team, Kevin Love was ranked as one of the nation's top basketball players. By the end of his high school basketball career, Kevin Love had established the new record as the Oregon boys' basketball all-time leading scorer with 2,628 points. Wow!
Kevin Love chose to play at UCLA for college. He was recognized as a Pac-10 Player of the Year and an All-American first team member. He then decided to leave UCLA and enter the NBA draft in 2008. He was a first-round 5th overall pick for the Memphis Grizzlies and quickly part of an 8-person trade to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
In 2010, Love was named to the 2010 NBA All-Star Team, the first Minnesota player since Kevin Garnett. Love is seen as one of the rejuvenating forces for the Minnesota Timberwolves, and we love that. Okay sorry, but how can you not say stuff like that when talking about the great Kevin Love.

Timberwolves and technology: Kevin Love becomes a co-founder of 12Society
When you arrive at the front page of 12Society, the first thing you see is the slogan "I am Kevin Love, and this is my company" next to a picture of said Timberwolf. It then gives you a chance to sign up, which would be nice if we knew what it was. Honestly, I have no idea what 12Society is. Nobody else seems to, either, since their "about us" reads "Dude, it's a secret, so shh!"
The company is designed to reach a young, predominantly male audience, but no one's entirely sure what it will be yet. Love has hinted that it is about technology and tech services, and from a player who's already so involved in social media, we'll see how it goes when it launches. Love has also said that he's actively involved in creating this company and will play a part throughout. Honestly, I'm just excited that they decided to put Kevin Love on the home page when there are other, arguably more recognizable celebrities involved (maybe it's a regional thing? Very possible)
When will it be launched? Dude, it's a secret.

Also, am I the only one excited for wolvesnation.com? Especially since their teaser picture includes the headline "Kevin Love talks facial hair". (lynxnation.com already looks amazing, of course, so we'll see how the Timberwolves website compares)

Kevin Love considered for Olympic team
There are a handful of players USA basketball chairman Jerry Colangelo believes will definitely be playing this July in London, barring injury. Kevin Love is one of them. Love has been playing spectacularly on the Minnesota Timberwolves the past few years, and will hopefully be playing along with some of the Big Names of basketball this summer.
Love's a finalist, but we won't know until July 7. They were supposed to release the roster in only a few weeks, but it got pushed back. I still get a little giddy when the Olympic teams are announced and I'm hoping that a Timberwolf could be playing this year.
Who would you put on a perfect Olympic basketball team? Would Love be on your list?
